Each Improving with Improv exercise is rooted in improv comedy but reflects real-world communications, team work and leadership issues. Following each exercise we go past the comedy into a detailed discussion/analysis of what each of you experienced -- how each of you processed information, listened, observed body language. And how this can benefit you in actual work situations.

The workshop itself is flexible in terms of length and number of participants. They can range from a 1 hour workshop to a full morning, afternoon or evening session. Participants can be as few as 10 or as many as 40. Following the workshop, all participants receive an email re-cap of the learning.
